1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Spaceify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Spaceify. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
2. Who can use Spaceify
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Spaceify. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement.
3. Landlord responsibilities
Landlords are responsible for ensuring their property listings are accurate and up to date. You must own or be authorized to rent the property you list. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.
4. Tenant responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for providing accurate information when applying for a room. You agree to pay rent on time as agreed with the landlord. Any disputes with landlords must be handled directly, though Spaceify may assist in resolution.
5. Payments
Payments processed through Spaceify use PayMongo, a licensed payment gateway. Spaceify does not store your full payment card details. Refunds are subject to individual landlord policies.
6. Prohibited activities
You may not use Spaceify to post fake listings, harass other users, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
7. Limitation of liability
Spaceify is a platform that connects landlords and tenants. We are not responsible for the condition of properties, disputes between users, or losses resulting from rental agreements. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all listings.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms. You may also delete your own account at any time from your profile settings.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Metro Manila.
